Description Position: HR Talent Management Intern Duration: 13-Month Placement Location: Whitman Laboratories The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an HR Talent Management Intern to join the Human Resources team at Whitman Laboratories, a site that produces about one-fifth of Estée Lauder's global sales output. This placement offers valuable exposure to talent management and HR operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Update Quarterly Talent Scorecards with commentary on trends. - Support preparation for talent councils at local, regional, and global levels. - Manage administrative tasks for leadership development programs and other L&D initiatives. - Assist with Succession Planning efforts, completing templates and submitting for analysis. - Create PowerPoint presentations showcasing talent initiatives and project updates. - Perform data analysis to identify talent trends. - Conduct external benchmarking to identify best practices in talent management. - Use software tools to deliver engaging talent updates across the organization. - Support employee life cycle activities and administrative HR operations. - Handle HR department administration, including internal communications, managing inquiries, liaising with the Employee Service Centre, and supporting the wider HR team. - Contribute to projects and strategic HR initiatives such as Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement. - Actively participate in managing Inclusion and Diversity initiatives across the EMEA region. About the Role: Working closely with the Global Talent Lead, you'll contribute to talent planning, succession planning, leadership development, and KPI tracking while also supporting onsite HR activities.
