Well regarded and reputable UK law firm is seeking a new Receptionist to join their London office team on a permanent basis. This will be a fantastic opportunity for Reception staff to help set up a new in-house Reception team for the firm.

* Salary to £35,000
* Office based 5 days a week
* 35 hour weekly shift rota between the hours of 7.45am – 7pm
\n
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
* Switchboard call handling via Microsoft Teams
* Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email
* Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests in a timely manner
* Meeting room set up and hospitality – including setting up hybrid meetings, liaising with the AV & Facilities teams where necessary
* Client orientated mind to anticipate needs of visitors to the firm
* Assist with training and induction of new staff
* Organising and assisting with hospitality and events including organisation of audio-visual systems and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise
* Invoice processing for the team

Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements:
\n
* Previous experience within a front of house role in a legal (preferred) or professional services environment
* Previous experience of event organisation is advantageous
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online room booking systems
* Proactive approach
* Excellent telephone manner, communication & organisational skills
