Your Role:
* Serve as the main engineering contact across two distilleries, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
* Execute detailed Planned Preventative Maintenance and react swiftly to breakdowns.
* Drive Lean Manufacturing practices (EHS, 5S, Visual Management, Autonomous Maintenance).
* Manage contractors and enforce strict Permit to Work systems and safety standards.
* Analyze performance issues, proposing and implementing sustainable improvements.
* Maintain safety-critical records and use SAP for spare parts management.
* Lead or support small project initiatives, including plant shutdowns and continuous improvement tasks.
What You Bring:
* Qualifications: HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a recognized apprenticeship.
* Skills: Knowledge of industrial controls, PLCs, SCADA, three-phase motors, and hazardous installations (CompEx preferred).
* Experience: Familiarity with Lean methodologies, excellent problem-solving, and project management skills.
* IT Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
