1. To deliver an accurate, efficient, and inclusive ticketing and information service contributing to a visitor experience that aims to delight.
2. To sell and actively promote tickets, products, offers, and services to maximise sales and audience attendance.
3. To provide exceptional standards of customer care and service that is above and beyond expectation.
4. To work supportively as part of a small team.
