Our global client is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a 3month temporary basis to ensure compliance across all accounts payable activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Accounts Payable Assistant your key duties will include:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Supporting Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice enquiries
* Processing payment card and expenses transactions
* Setting up supplier payment runs
* Completing supplier statement reconciliations
* Posting journals such as accruals and prepayments
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you must have:
* Strong bookkeeping knowledge
* Experience within an Accounts Payable environment
* Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask effectively
