Contracts Manager - Fitout

Salary: £55,000 to £90,000 Based on experience
Up Front Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading interior fit-out construction company. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in fit out to oversee and manage all aspects of contracts, from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full contract lifecycle, from inception through to completion.
2. Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers.
3. Draft and review contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and other team members.
7. Use project management tools to track milestones and progress.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in contract management within the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Proven track record of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Project management experience is advantageous.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years in project/contract management (preferred).
