HR Assistant/Coordinator) £27-30k p.a Bristol (Hybrid- 1 day a week in office) Our client, a fast growing fin-tech company, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team The role: Reporting into the HR Advisor, you will: · Ensure the smooth running of HR operations, supporting processes that impact employees' experience. · Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations. · Creation and management of letters: Probation, changes in terms & conditions of employment and other relevant documentation. · Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. · Onboarding: Organise and deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, including paperwork, induction schedules, and follow-ups. · HR Policies and Procedures: Support the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and managers. · First-line Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating complex issues to the HR Advisor when needed. · HR Projects: Support the HR Advisor in delivering team initiatives such as well-being programs, engagement surveys, and training plans. · Compliance Monitoring: Ensure right-to-work checks and other compliance documentation are completed and up to date. · Administration and ad hoc business projects: Such as, supporting in event organising, work place initiatives, employee engagement projects. Key skills/ experience: · Excellent organisational skills and thrive on maintaining order and accuracy in your work. · Have a CIPD Level 3 or would like to complete a CIPD Level 3 · Strong attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. · Familiar with HR systems or are confident in learning new tools quickly.
