Job Title: Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist teaching staff in preparing learning materials and running classroom activities.
* To provide individual support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous school experience, who is able to think creatively and respond to the diverse needs of our students. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our students.
