Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored English and Maths tuition to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans to support students' academic progress
* Assess students' abilities and adapt teaching methods to suit their learning styles
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in students' education
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in English and Maths curriculum for Key Stage 3
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proficient in delivering differentiated instruction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning needs
* Good understanding of SEN strategies and accommodations
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in a learners home setting
* Travel to student's homes for tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
