Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver Physics lessons effectively, catering to the diverse learning needs of students
* Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote student participation and understanding
* Assess and provide feedback on student performance, monitoring their progress and supporting individual needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
* Communicate with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns
* Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational advancements, continuously developing teaching skills
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Strong organizational and time management skills
