Technical Team Leader
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Role Overview:
The Technical Team Leader will oversee Production Technology and Maintenance techniques. Key responsibilities include:
* Investigating and resolving losses (breakdowns, waste, speed) to optimize production efficiency.
* Developing and implementing maintenance standards and processes for assigned product lines to ensure consistent quality.
* Fostering the growth of maintenance skills within the technical team through training and development opportunities.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
* Evaluating and improving existing maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
