Now, we’re searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Tech & Product Team as we head into our next exciting chapter of growth.
The Role:
As our Junior Software Engineer, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in our newly founded growth squad, supporting in building innovative features that solve real-world problems for our student members and our employer clients. You’ll work closely with the rest of the talented developers in our team, along with product, design, and other stakeholders across the company - enacting real and meaningful change to students and graduates in the UK and beyond!
Your primary codebase will be a greenfield TypeScript project. Most of the architectural decisions have yet to be made, so you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of our growth squad and support them with what this will look like in the future.
What you can expect to work on in your first six months…
* Working closely with our Tech & Product team to support in iterating rapidly on our new product ideas
* Participating in design reviews for new systems, and discussions around the best ways in which to solve technical issues we encounter
* Unlock your potential with hands-on experience to consistently learn and develop, becoming an expert Software Engineer

Interview Process:
* Initial call: Initial 30-minute Zoom call with our Senior Talent Partner
* 1st round: Technical test followed by a technical interview
* Final round: Values & culture interview and final meeting with our Platform CEO
