About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday As an Intelligence Analyst at OCS, you will collaborate closely with the OCS Security leadership team to gather, analyse, and interpret intelligence that drives decision-making across the business. Your work will support the identification of strategic issues, the development of control strategy priorities, and the delivery of both internal and external security communications. You will also provide actionable tactical advice for stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Key Responsibilities As an Intelligence Analyst, you will: Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct expert analysis at strategic, tactical, and operational levels using advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and emerging threats. Produce High-Impact Reports: Develop detailed security communications, client reports, and specialist briefings for tenders and local issues, ensuring timely and accurate intelligence delivery. Horizon Scanning: Proactively monitor and assess external trends, risks, and opportunities to inform security strategies and operational responses. Research and Analysis: Assimilate and evaluate complex data from diverse sources, transforming it into actionable intelligence for the OCS Group and its stakeholders. Support Business Objectives: Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external partners, aligning intelligence efforts with organisational goals and priorities. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will demonstrate: Educational Background: A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience in intelligence analysis or a related field. Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize information from diverse datasets using advanced analytical methodologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex challenges with precision and strategic foresight. Legislative Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and compliance requirements associated with intelligence analysis. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft applications and search engines, with the ability to leverage technology for effective intelligence gathering and reporting. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to craft compelling and informative reports for a wide range of audiences.
