The HR & Accounts Executive role will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of all financial transactions and managing all HR functions. The individual will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as well as contributing to financial planning and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of financial transactions.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
* Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning activities.
HR Functions: Manage recruitment, KPIs, onboarding, and orientation.
