Our client are an established main contractor who work on High Rise Residential /Student accommodation and commercial projects across the North West. They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join their team overseeing projects in the North West, first one being in the City Centre.

Duties include:
* Overseeing part of a projects with values going up to £140 million.
* Leading projects through the preconstruction stage, taking them through to delivery and handover.
* Managing client relationships.
* Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
* Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
