NewtonX has raised $47m in funding, and as we continue to expand our global footprint, we’re searching for a driven and strategic Client Partnerships Senior Director to grow our client partnerships in EMEA and spearhead operational growth of our London office.
About the Role
This is a unique leadership position opening in our London office, which will be instrumental in growing NewtonX’s footprint in EMEA. This role is primarily responsible for owning revenue growth in EMEA, while scaling operations by developing, implementing and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes. This role would also oversee the existing Client Partnership and Client Delivery Teams and be expected to drive strategic projects with these teams to help build and scale a new industry leading product. This position is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial and eager to be part of a growing company that is disrupting the traditional B2B market research model.
In this role, you will:
1. Set the strategy, develop, lead and execute on NewtonX’s growth in EMEA.
2. Supercharge revenue and business partnerships growth in EMEA, through new enterprise logo acquisition and differentiated client retention strategies.
3. Own forecasting and strategic account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
4. Oversee the Client Delivery and Client Partnerships team in the region and ensure day-to-day delivery and commercial excellence.
5. Enable the London team's success through effective leadership and coaching.
6. Report up to NewtonX’s Chief Client Officer in New York.
What you have:
1. 2-4 years of management consulting or investment banking experience with additional 2-3 years in a commercial role (prior startup experience a big plus).
2. Track record of success leading and overseeing a revenue generating function.
3. Demonstrated executive presence and business acumen; independent problem-solving.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Rigorous sales process, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
6. Natural curiosity and a desire to learn as well as a coaching mentality.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

1. Competitive compensation - base salary range £110,000 to £115,000, uncapped commission and equity. (Please note that compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, performance and location.)
