You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and admission of pupils to Akeley Wood from Nursery to Sixth Form. This role will be an ambassador for the School, understanding what each parent needs, and delivering exemplary customer service. The postholder will support the Admissions Manager through the effective management of enquiries and applications both in person and by email, and by ensuring the data systems are well managed and accurate. You will be part of a high performing team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for parents and pupils.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a strong service ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in data management or a sales-oriented role is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Dynamics. An affinity for working with children and parents is crucial.

Qualifications
* Strong administration skills. You will be fully conversant with MS Office in particular Excel.
* Exposure to CRM systems or Databases.
* Able to build trust and rapport quickly with customers.
* Any experience in recruitment, events management, or customer success roles is a bonus.
* Any exposure to sales and marketing environments is a plus.
