Role Overview
This role is part of the Reporting & Analytics team in relation to central reporting, analysis and coordination of Forecasting and Planning for our G&A (Shoreside overhead costs).
Key requirements of the Senior Finance Analyst are to provide reliable, timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analytics to the wider business functions, ensuring consistency and governance.
This pivotal role will involve:
* Act as a subject matter expert for CUK G&A, providing finance and the wider business insightful reporting and analysis with clear, concise summary commentary.
* Review consolidated financial results and forecasts to support and challenge understanding of performance drivers and identifying areas for further investigation to drive improved performance management and manage risk.
* Propose and implement improvements in reporting and forecasting through the design and development of process improvements and Hyperion planning tool development.
* Provide ad-hoc CUK analysis and insights to support business decision making.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring

* Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
* Experience of a management reporting, planning and analytics function.
* Hyperion systems experience or equivalent Oracle based system desirable, with strong excel skills.
* A high level of commercial awareness and business knowledge.
