Key responsibilities Work to a manage and developing account strategy. Develop and execute a retained service offering. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our service offering Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes. Build your personal brand by networking and attending industry events. About you To join us as a senior recruitment consultant or principal recruitment consultant, your skills and experience should include: Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of success in achieving targets and building a business area/ desk. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach Familiarity with recruitment software. Organised and diligent.
