Main Duties:
* Provide High-Quality, User-Centred Care: Deliver exceptional care that prioritises the needs and preferences of service users, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction are central to all care activities. Continuously assess and tailor care approaches to meet individual needs effectively.
* Contribute to Service Development: Actively participate in the creation and enhancement of new services and care pathways. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and refine innovative care solutions that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
* Support Implementation of Nursing Strategy: Assist in the local rollout of the Group Nursing Strategy by aligning service practices with strategic goals. Ensure that nursing activities and service delivery are in accordance with the group's vision, standards, and objectives.
* Drive Continuous Quality Improvement: Engage in ongoing efforts to enhance service quality through systematic evaluation and improvement processes. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor the effectiveness of quality initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse:
* Registered Nurse: Holds an active NMC PIN with a minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience.
* Commitment to Excellence: Exhibits a proactive and positive attitude towards change, continuously striving for improvement and maintaining high-quality standards in care.
