New Age Care, a rapidly growing provider of home care services in Warwickshire, is seeking experienced and empathetic individuals to join our team of Live-In Carers for complex care needs. Rate: Up to £135 per day / £945 per week Additional Perks: £8 per day for food Mileage reimbursement at £0.32 per mile (up to £40 per trip) Option to choose employment or self-employment status through New Age Care Work Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off (with daily 2-hour breaks) Flexibility with placement lengths – longer placements can be arranged if desired. Your Role: As a Live-In Care Professional providing complex care, your responsibilities will include: Offering a compassionate, personalised approach to care, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Assisting with daily routines such as personal care, mobility support, and activities of daily living. Managing complex medical and health needs (including medication administration, monitoring conditions, and liaising with healthcare professionals). Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation. Preparing and assisting with meal planning and food preparation, ensuring the client’s dietary needs are met. Supporting clients with household tasks to maintain a clean and organised environment. Ensuring a smooth morning routine and providing assistance with personal hygiene.
