Daytime Monday to Friday. Earlier finish on Fridays.
As Electronics Test Technician, you’ll run electrical and electronics tests on prototypes and low volume specialist equipment. You will work with colleagues in electrical and electronics engineering, write test procedures, and run tests and diagnostics on purpose-built and specialist electrical and electronic systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Electronics and electrical Test Technician.
2. Writing electronics test procedures.
3. Testing electrical and electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
4. Running diagnostics and fault finding processes and working with colleagues to identify solutions to non-conformance.
5. Updating quality assurance and product inspection documents.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Test Technician background with electrical and electronic assemblies.
2. Eye for detail, and a diligent approach to documentation and calibration.
3. Team player, with the ability to flag up non-conformance and faults but also be part of the solution to problems.
