We have a new opportunity to be part of our Partnerships Operations team in the role of Partnerships Operations Manager.
As a Partnership Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, ensuring the successful delivery of assets outlined in partner contracts. You’ll deliver high-end, high-impact experiences and services, with a strong focus on executional excellence, logistics, and stakeholder collaboration. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the premium reputation of our partner programmes and the overall success of the team.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the Replica Car Programme, including fleet scheduling for internal and partner events, global logistics, compliance, branding, maintenance, storage, and operational reporting.
* Acting as the key liaison between Partner Managers, internal departments, logistics providers, and the Legal team, ensuring loan agreements, insurance, and customs documentation are all in place.
* Overseeing the UK Track Day Programme in partnership with Aston Martin Lagonda, ensuring contractual allocations, guest communications, and on-site support are effectively handled.
* Supporting wider partnership travel requirements in coordination with internal Travel, Partner Services, and Operations departments.
* Leading or co-managing commercial and marketing-related projects when required, including photo shoots, PR days, filming, and other key commercial activations.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, fleet, or operational event management, ideally within motorsport or a fast-paced, high-end commercial environment.
* Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills, ideally with experience in agency settings.
* Confidence in budget management, supplier oversight, and timeline delivery.
* Outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, and calmness under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with creative problem-solving ability.
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach to working as part of a high-performing team.
* Strong respect for confidentiality, and commitment to safeguarding intellectual property and brand assets.
* A valid UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel internationally when required.
This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
