Partnerships Relationship Manager
Field based, with UK National travel

Elevate your career by stepping into the role of Partnership Relationship Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, initially working in the Care sector, one of Citations strongest sectors. This exciting opportunity positions you at the forefront of our Care initiatives and working with some of the UKs leading Care Associations such as Care England and Scottish Care, ensuring Citation and our services are promoted effectively throughout to Partners and their members.
The role purpose:
* You will be focused on managing maintaining and developing existing Partner relationships, ensuring Citation are the voice of compliance in the Care sector. These long standing, strong relationships ensure a steady flow of warm leads into the Citation sales funnel.
* Develop a deep understanding of the Care sector to understand where Citation services can help and support
* Success in this role is measured by lead and sales contribution to the overall sales number, and feedback and satisfaction from our Partners
You will utilise various levers and strategies and work closely with our marketing team and Care business manager to ensure effective networking, events and partner communications.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure monthly/quarterly communications with key Partners to ensure timely and relevant execution of campaigns
* Develop and execute a contact plan for each partner to develop new sales and marketing plans to ensure we have regular contact with members and are visible across their membership base
* Secure and attend regular face to face meetings, events, webinars and seminars to drive leads and revenue
* Proactively work across sales and commercial teams to deliver upskill, insights ensuring they can utilise sales hooks relevant to the sector
* Accurately accrue and manage contractual commission payments. Working with group finance to support departmental budget and P&L.
About you:
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who is:
* Experienced in Client facing / Account management
* Preferable (but not essential) to have experience in working with membership associations and/or trade bodies
* A skilled presenter: Develop and deliver compelling presentations
* Commercially savvy: You’re familiar with working with various pricing/commission models
* Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM, Salesforce, MS and other business systems.
* A confident communicator: You’re comfortable speaking in public, whether it’s remotely or at in-person events.
* Organized and efficient: You have excellent time management skills.
* Self-motivated and driven: You have a desire to succeed and can work productively from home.
* Eager to learn: You’re willing to learn about new areas/sectors
* Detail-oriented and professional: You pay attention to the little things that make a big difference.
* A team player: You can work as part of a wider team and support other markets as required.
