The opportunity
The Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering (EEE) is seeking to appoint teaching professionals to provide leadership and support to deliver our undergraduate University of Strathclyde (Bahrain) curricula comprising Electrical and Electronic principles, Analogue and Digital design techniques, Signals & Systems, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems and supporting Mathematics, Physics and Software Engineering. This post will contribute to a team delivering core modules designed to provide a strong and broad understanding of EEE fundamentals allied with a range of EEE specialist modules including Energy & HVT Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Robotics & Control principles, and Renewable Technology. The curriculum covers the breadth of EEE technologies, and we will build a team to cover our core and fundamental programme delivery. Our expectation is that the successful candidate will have expertise across a strong sub-set of the above listed technologies and importantly demonstrate a desire to expand their EEE knowledge to support future growth in our curricula. The teaching will cover the full range of teaching approaches, and will support design, development, and delivery of existing modules through face-to-face, in-person and practical laboratory delivery methods.
