The Role
As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead energising, safe, and engaging group fitness classes while fostering strong relationships with our members. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their wellness goals, while ensuring 180 Health Club's high standards of service and experience are upheld.
* Working closely with the fitness team to ensure a high standard of the studio spaces,
* exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding member expectations.
* Deliver exceptional group fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, HIIT,
* strength training, and other wellness modalities.
* Ensure proper gym equipment use and maintain safety.
* Build strong relationships with members, providing encouragement, advice and support
* to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Class Instructors Required:
* Yoga
* Strength & Conditioning / HIIT
* Barre
* Meditation
* Pilates - Classical & Reformer trained
Training Timetable;
* Tuesday 1pm - 4pm; Strength & Conditioning Classes
* Wednesday 1pm - 4pm; Yoga
* Thursday 2pm - 4pm; Barre
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should be a confident, proactive leader with a passion for the fitness and wellness industry. Specific qualities and qualifications include:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a group fitness teacher in a premium or
* luxury fitness environment.
* Certified by a recognised fitness organisation
* Strong understanding of fitness techniques and group training methods.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with
* members of varying fitness levels.

* Exceptional organisational ability in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer/member-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding group
