Ward Manager: Older Adult Mental Health Services
Blaenau Gwent Older Adult Mental Health Services are looking for a committed and dynamic experienced nurse to provide leadership and clinical direction to Cedar Parc Ward based in Ysbyty'r Tri Chwm.
Main duties of the job
This is a busy 14 bedded dementia assessment ward covering primarily the Blaenau Gwent and North Monmouthshire localities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sound clinical leadership and will have a value base that is person centred and in line with current evidenced based practice.
They will be able to work alongside and support an inpatient multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, person centred care aimed at maintaining independence and personhood.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
