Darlington Borough Council are seeking to recruit an Income Management Officer to work in our Housing team.
Candidates are invited to apply for the role of Housing Income Management Officer to work in the Housing Income Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively manage individual rent accounts, taking appropriate enforcement action and offering appropriate advice and support tenants.
You will need to have experience of working in social housing environment or other relevant setting relating to debt recovering policies. Candidates need to be self-motivating, able to work independently and as part of a team, enthusiastic and have the ability to use initiative and decision making in challenging and changing environments.
This post is permanent full time role and isandnbsp;subject to an enhanced DBS check.
