The Role
As Facilities Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and safe workplace. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendor relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and support space optimization to keep the team productive and inspired.
Key Requirements:
1. 6+ years of experience in a multinational or hospitality setting.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
3. Vendor management experience and knowledge of facility operations.
4. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and management tools.
5. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
