Manage the learning and development of Amazon drivers on the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) in the UK and EU, designing and delivering training content, launching new clusters, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
As a Learning Programme Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our Associates Learning Experience. You will take the lead on designing and launching new programmes for our customers and overseeing programmes that are already running.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training content for Amazon drivers on the TAP programme
* Launch programme content in the UK and EU
* Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training in existing clusters
* Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit
* Support EU TAP/In House Shunting launches
* Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation
* Engage with key internal stakeholders, including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, CF/SCLearning teams, and TAP Leadership
* Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to costs, learning experience, and safety
* Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developments
A Day in the Life
As a Learning Programme Manager, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet operational requirements and develop our drivers. You will work closely with TAP operations and the drivers in each cluster in our Amazon Warehouses as well as the senior leadership team and other support teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree or relevant industry experience
* Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders
* Relevant experience leading projects in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant experience in a learning or transport operations role
* Strong IT skills, including high levels of competence in MS Excel
* Excellent data analytics and root cause analysis skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Basic project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar
* Experience in a driver training role
* An additional language, such as Italian, Spanish, German, or French
