2. Customer Engagement: Directly interact with customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and adapting to market dynamics.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to confidently address customer queries and provide accurate information.
6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust, increase satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
7. Reporting and Feedback: Track sales activities, update customer data in CRM systems, and provide regular feedback to improve sales approaches.
