Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs while providing outstanding service. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Duties
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
3. Analyse customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
5. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
8. Assist in training new staff members as required.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity in interactions.
4. Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
5. Previous experience in a call centre environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
6. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

OTE: £26,000
Expected hours: 40 per week
