Administrator required for a temporary role until December. The role will be supporting the scheduling team and interacting with the field workers, sending out offers of work and schedules, booking travel & accommodation and dealing with workers availability. The ideal person will be able to pick up new systems quickly and be organised and methodical. You must be confident working within a fast paced and reactive role and working on a PC: switching between spreadsheets and systems. You must have previous administration experience, along with knowledge of MS Office packages, including Excel. The position is full time and offers an immediate start. The role is based close to Poynton / Hazel Grove / Wilmslow / Macclesfield and would ideally suit a driver due to limited public transport links. What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* Sending out initial offer of work emails, including schedules
* Interacting with field teams by telephone and email
* Completing follow up calls
* Booking & amending vehicles & being the main vehicle contact point
* Booking hotels
* Booking any offshore travel
* Sending out confirmations
* Assisting with keeping the internal system updated including with unavailability dates
* Assisting the team with any other admin tasks
