Responsibilities And Duties Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales Team to uphold high standards of professionalism and performance. Shape and refine our sales processes and best practices to support ongoing growth and results. Take ownership of 1:1s, appraisals, absence management, and performance issues, ensuring your team is supported and empowered. Solve problems collaboratively, providing thoughtful and timely support to team members. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Drive results by ensuring your team consistently meets (and exceeds) key performance indicators and internal/external expectations.
