The Role In this fast-paced sales role, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new business. You’ll be building your own pipeline while also handling inbound sales enquiries, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to closing deals. Confidently handle objections, articulating the true value of our services. Work closely with internal teams to develop the best client solutions. Track and manage your sales activities using HubSpot. Create professional proposals using sales proposal software. Meet and exceed sales targets. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in HR, Employment Law, or professional services.(2years) Highly organised, able to manage multiple leads and priorities with ease. Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. Tech-savvy, comfortable using HubSpot, sales proposal software, and Microsoft Office.
