NeuroSupport Services are currently recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants with a background in Brain Injury and Mental Health experience to support service users with an acquired Brain Injury. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and enable people to optimise independence and quality of life.
We are looking for psychology graduates, support workers, healthcare assistants, or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and in helping service users access the community. We seek candidates that are confident in working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.

Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Colindale, NW9
Hourly Rate: £12-£14 per hour depending on experience.
Driver Essential? Not essential; however, it would be an advantage.

Monday: 8:00am - 10:00am
Tuesday: 8:00am - 10:00am
Wednesday: 8:00am - 10:00am
Thursday: 8:00am - 10:00am
Friday: 8:00am - 10:00am
About You - Essential Experience:
We are looking for a support worker with experience in ABI, as this individual sustained an ABI in a road traffic accident. The client has identified that they are looking for somebody who is compassionate, has good humour, and will not be overly critical of them.
Support worker provision would be useful to help with tasks like planning and preparing for the week ahead, managing paperwork, developing and maintaining a routine, and attending appointments/hobbies on time.
Activities Required:
Activities will need to be considered/reviewed once the support is implemented. Support worker provision would be useful to help with planning and preparing for the week ahead, managing paperwork, developing and maintaining a routine, and attending appointments/hobbies on time. It would also be beneficial if the support worker could join some of the monthly MDTs with the treating team (case manager, neuropsychologist, and neuro-OT) and provide observations.
Successful Candidates Will:
* Have access to full training, including Brain Injury Awareness Training
