Senior Guest Services executive - Required for this luxury cruise company based in South West London. They are looking for an experience customer relations person from the travel industry, hybrid, salary around £30,000 plus benefits and bonus Senior Guest Services executive duties: -Maintain the highest level of personal written communications for pre and post travel correspondence and corporate communications.-Investigate and resolve all complaints in accordance with company processes and industry guidelines, in a timely and fair manner, to achieve the best possible outcome for both guest and business.-Allocate compensation based on company standards, in conjunction with the Deputy Guest Services-Deputise for the Deputy Guest Services Manager when appropriate-Answer guest calls and action them according to company standards-Deal with escalated guest enquiries or complaints from other departments and members of the Guest Services team. Senior Guest Services Executive skills required: - Previous experience in responding to guests by letter-3 years’ experience of working in the travel industry.-12 month’s experience of dealing with and resolving complaints and involvement in the decision making processing for awarding compensation.-Experience and knowledge of ABTA guidelines and arbitration processes.-Good understanding of Package Travel Regulations.-Experience of managing and exceeding guest expectations.Additional information-You will work 5 days in 7, roughly around 1 weekend in 4-Benefits include pension, private health care, Fam trips, If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59716
