Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management:
1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the brand, products, and luxury service standards.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews to maintain motivation, improve sales techniques, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
3. Organize staff schedules and ensure the concession is appropriately staffed during peak hours.
2. Sales and Business Development:
1. Drive sales to meet or exceed targets and contribute to the overall performance of the brand within the retail space.
2. Develop and implement strategies to promote key collections, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
3. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers, ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
3. Inventory & Stock Management:
1. Oversee the daily management of inventory, ensuring the concession is stocked with the right products and that stock levels are maintained.
2. Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping for sales, stock movements, and replenishment.
3. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage deliveries, special orders, and product requests.
4. Customer Experience & Service:
1. Ensure that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
2. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Manage and implement after-sales services, such as repairs, warranties, and maintenance, in line with company procedures.
5. Visual Merchandising:
1. Ensure the concession area is beautifully presented, with displays and layouts that highlight the brand and its watches in accordance with the company’s visual merchandising guidelines.
2. Regularly review product placement and window displays to ensure they reflect current campaigns and new product arrivals.
6. Financial and Operational Reporting:
1. Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, analysing performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
2. Ensure that all financial processes, including cash handling, invoicing, and sales reporting, are accurately carried out.
3. Maintain a clean, organised, and secure environment that complies with company policies and procedures.
7. Brand Representation and Compliance:
1. Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring that the concession upholds the brand’s image and values at all times.
2. Ensure all staff adhere to brand standards, ensuring that the service, visual presentation, and overall operations align with the company’s expectations.
