Job overview
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a substantive Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager covering the Central Norfolk area. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about improving services for those experiencing a first episode of psychosis aged 14-65.
You will work alongside a dedicated group of clinicians who hold the service user, family, carers, and social recovery at the center of all that they do while being guided by National Standards to deliver timely and evidence-based interventions.
A core qualification is required; you might be a nurse, social worker or occupational therapist.
Phone calls, Teams calls, or visits to meet the team and manager are welcomed and encouraged.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the care coordination of a caseload of people, working alongside the current MDT to deliver NICE concordant care.

Person specification
Qualifications
* Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
* Student nurse supervisor/assessor training or willingness to train
Experience
* Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience
* Minimum of a year post-qualification experience
* Experience of working within an EI team
* Previous experience of working with people experiencing psychosis
* Previous experience of working in the community
* Previous experience of case management
