About You: To be considered for the Learning Support Assistant position, you should have: A Level 2/3 Qualified Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification is desired but not essential Experience working with children and young people with moderate to complex additional needs. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with students. The ability to obtain suitable references and pass a DBS check.
