Commercial Property Lawyer, 2+ - Norfolk – £40,000 – £50,000 DOE – An opportunity has arisen within an established law firm for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions on a hybrid basis.

\nTHE ROLE:
\nWorking within a busy team, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with all types of commercial property matters including sales, leases, purchases, mortgages and development matters. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be working on a varied caseload of commercial property matters on behalf of a varied client base. Hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nApplications are sought from Commercial Property Lawyers with experience of dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable law firm renowned for their commercial property offerings and be looking for a supportive and friendly working environment where you can see your career flourish. As the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be able to demonstrate expertise in landlord and tenant, development, sales and purchases and acquisitions and disposals.
