Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a 2x permanent Receptionist/Clerical Officer/ based at North Ayr Health Centre.
What you will do:
You will provide a full range of reception duties for South Ayrshire H&SCP at North Ayr Health Centre and provide administrative and clerical support to all members of the Community Administration Team e.g. providing support to Community Nursing Teams.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
SVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent experience is essential.
Knowledge of Trackcare and Care Partner is desirable.
Applicants must be flexible and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential. Applicants should be able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues and clinicians.
