Proposition Analyst Reigate – Hybrid (minimum 50% office based) We have an exciting opportunity for a Proposition Analyst to join out Retail team, and support on the ongoing management and performance of our Income products and services, which are aligned to our brand values. Reporting into the Head of Income, this role will also provide market intelligence and insight relating to the retirement income market Key Responsibilities S upport the on going management and development of Retail’s Income propositions which optimises the people, systems and processes to provide value for the Group’s customers S upport the Product & Pricing Manager in establishing and implementing pricing strategies and positioning to achieve/exceed business plan targets by providing insight into competitor pricing and pricing strategies. Monitor our current products to ensure they remain appropriate to market, competitive and consistent with Just Retirement brand values E nsure that target customers are understood and that product features, benefits and position in retirement market are promoted and understood internally and externally. Maintain expert knowledge of our all our Income products and act as a Subject Matter Expert, where appropriate Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s ongoing performance, both absolutely and in relation to agreed plans and the competitor landscape. Analys e of MI to identify risks, trends and opportunities. Draft commentary and potential consequences of actions/inactions. Production and circulation of pre-specified analysis adding appropriate commentary. Skills and Experience: Experience within the financial services industry, ideally in the UK retirement industry ( but not essential) Experience within a product management function Track record of achieving targets within deadlines.
