Job summary The Role The core purpose of this post is to take responsibility for smooth and efficient running of the practice and maintaining a committed team. The post holder will be responsible for keeping clinical and non-clinical staff up to date with forthcoming changes in the NHS. The role involves: Patient care: Responsible for ensuring appropriate administrative systems & procedures are embedded to deliver safe, caring effective medical care. Workforce: Responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of the workforce; Responsible for overseeing recruitment and liaising with HR to support the development of all staff members, taking account of their varied status and professional requirements. Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety, and Employment Law. Experience of CQC compliance. Qualifications Essential Excellent literacy and numeracy skills. GCSE Grade A to C in English and Maths. Desirable Educated to Degree level or Diploma of Higher Education. Business management qualification. Evidence of financial knowledge/understanding.
