We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support across the business while contributing to a wide range of HR functions.
Responsibilities

* Provide essential HR support and guidance across all levels of the organization.
* Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing mediation.
* Support the recruitment process, including coordination and interviewing.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Manage time-sensitive HR projects and initiatives as they arise.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of CIPD Level 3 Qualification.
2. Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
