About the role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of Northern, ensuring our customers receive the utmost support and information. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll engage with passengers, understanding their travel needs, selling tickets, and providing essential guidance on journey planning, delays, fares, and reservations. Your proactive approach will be crucial in assisting customers during disruptions and offering viable alternatives.

Our trains and stations operate 7 days a week across a whole range of different hours – early morning and right into the night. So, if your lifestyle enables you to work flexible shifts on an average of 35 hours per week this could work for you.
