Requirements :
* Manage a complex and varied caseload with appropriate supervision, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Prepare written statements and representations for Court hearings within legislative frameworks.
* Make complex decisions using professional judgment, critical reflection, and service user involvement.
* Assess levels of risk and need, conduct safeguarding investigations, and maintain updated assessments and care plans.
* Develop and negotiate personalised care packages with individuals and stakeholders within allocated budgets.
* Undertake direct work with adults and families according to care plans.
* Collaborate across multi-agency boundaries and represent the department in multidisciplinary forums, including chairing when required.
* Model critical reflection, evidence-based decision-making, inclusive practice, and contribute to team and professional development.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
