As Head of Estates, youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategy that ensures our facilities are not just safe and efficient but are also at the forefront of quality, health, safety, and sustainability. Reporting into theChief Operating Officer, your work will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster a safety-first mindset, manage critical business functions, and oversee the seamless delivery of services to all users. Your leadership will be key in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of operational resilience and security. Significant leadership experience with a proven track record of defining and delivering long-term strategies. Extensive knowledge of Estates management, from Health & Safety to sustainability, from Facilities Management to Project Management. Experience in managing multiple sites and business services. Proven ability to lead transformational programs and complex projects to time, cost, and quality. Strong customer relationship management skills and a collaborative, flexible approach. You are prepared to meet all necessary measures and requirements essential for obtaining UK government Security Clearance. If you've worked in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment or have experience working on secure projects and/or managing a secure facility that's a bonus. What do we offer in return?
