SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Dagenham
Start Date: After Easter Break 2025
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Dagenham. This role involves 1:1 support as well as general classroom assistance, helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in their learning environment.
The Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN
* Assist in classrooms, supporting students with a range of needs
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement learning strategies
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with SEN students in a school setting is essential
* A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
* Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and parents
* A passion for making a real difference in students’ education
