Job Title: Regional Technical Sales Manager
Location: South of England
Position Overview:
The Regional Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by combining a strong technical understanding with exceptional customer relationship-building skills. They will work closely with clients and prospects to generate new business, manage existing relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities and generate leads to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handovers to the operations team.
• Carry out Site Surveys.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within a Construction/Plant-related sector (not essential, but highly preferred). We also welcome applicants from the Construction/Plant sector who are interested in transitioning into sales.
